We operate 24/7; however, response times may vary based on demand, location, and road conditions.
4. Booking and Dispatch
- Customers must provide accurate location and vehicle details.
- Misleading or incorrect information may delay service.
- Once a technician is dispatched, cancellation may incur charges.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided before service confirmation whenever possible.
- Payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for emergency or remote-area services.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external authorities.
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings inside the vehicle.
